January 11, 2006 Meeting Minutes

Attendees - Randy Greff, John and Kathy Crosby, Scott and Cindy Foremaster, Ken Mason, Keith Barrios

• Reviewed 2006 Board Members; it was decided Cindy Foremaster will be Secretary if/until someone else decides they would like to hold that position.
• VooDoo BBQ will be the meeting place for the next three meetings and become permanent unless a problem arises within the next three months.
• The need to fill out the required PCA paperwork (Region Report Form) to National PCA was discussed. This lists the new board members as well as some other basics of the Mardi Gras Region. This has since been done and filed with National.
